A Track Record of Accountability

We are a legal team that successfully litigated one of the few cases in the U.S. that held a physician and his practice accountable for injecting contaminated biological material into our client, causing serious infection. That case resulted in a recovery of $990,000 on behalf of our client.

That case gave us firsthand insight into the tactics used by stem cell providers to mislead patients, charge them outrageous fees for a treatment that will not effectuate a cure — and the devastating consequences when they prioritize profit over safety. We now expand our practice to fighting for victims of experimental, unapproved, and fraudulent stem cell therapies.

"Our goal is to hold clinics, physicians, chiropractors, and other medical providers accountable for the harm they cause — and pursue maximum compensation on your behalf."

Joel R. Rosenberg, Esq.

Certified Civil Trial Attorney

Joel R. Rosenberg is an experienced and skilled litigator who has tried cases to verdict in counties throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by both the New Jersey Supreme Court and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

For over 40 years, Joel has concentrated his practice on representing people who have suffered all types of injuries from soft tissue to traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other catastrophic injuries. He has represented people in motorcycle crashes, car crashes, truck crashes, construction site injuries as well as medical malpractice cases. In the early years of his career, in addition to representing injured people he also handled hundreds of criminal and traffic offenses including criminal jury trials for indictable offenses. He brings that same tenacity and depth of experience to stem cell injury cases — where patients have been harmed by providers who put profits ahead of patient safety.

Joel was educated at Rider University and earned his law degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a designation held by fewer than 2% of all attorneys in New Jersey. He is also certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Beyond the courtroom, Joel serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Quilts for Kids, Inc., and is a board member of the Barkann Family Healing Hearts Foundation, which supports families across the Delaware Valley affected by sudden illness or loss.

Your Questions, Answered

Anyone who received a stem cell treatment and suffered harm — including infections, tumor growth, vision loss, paralysis, or other serious complications — may have a claim. Importantly, even patients who paid for stem cell treatments and did not experience an adverse effect may still qualify for compensation if the treatment was fraudulent or unapproved.

Cases typically involve IV stem cell infusions, joint or orthopedic injections, spinal injections, eye or vision treatments, and neurological treatments. Many of these were administered by clinics, chiropractors, or physicians using unapproved, experimental, or contaminated biological material.
